![]() ![]() I might try deleting and redownloading SKSE, but since I don't know where my problem is coming from, I can't be confident it'll work. It worked the first time, and I didn't change anything since then, so I don't know what the problem could be. When I double click on skse64_loader.exe, I only get an error message that says "REL/Relocation.h(617): failed to open file". exe, at least there were one for Skyrim with the nexus mod manager back in the days, surely it's something they thought about Yay indeed :) It's worked for Fallout the last few times I loaded it up, but unfortunately something is wrong with Skyrim. I've never used Vortex but I'm sure there has to be an option to launch the game with the script extender. I can potentially do it manually every time, but I'd like a more elegant solution if there is one. I don't know how to tell my script extenders to run every time Fallout or Skyrim is booted up. ![]() ![]() I checked multiple times, and I do have the most recent versions of both SKSE and F4SE, so my problem must be that they aren't getting activated when I start the game(s). I managed to start both games with their respective versions of MCM working perfectly, but when I loaded a Skyrim save today, I got an error message from SkyUI saying SKSE isn't running, or that I'm using the wrong version of it. Earlier this week, I decided to play with my plugin in Vortex to see if I could solve the problems. I couldn't get SkyUI working for a long time, which meant some of my other mods wouldn't work either. See, I've been having the same issues in Skyrim. I figured out what I believe is the source of the trouble today. It can work, it just doesn't unless I prepare it properly. Like, I can mess around in my mod manager (I'm using Vortex) before starting up the game, and it'll actually work just fine until next time I boot up the game. MCM hasn't been working for me, which has caused a few other mods to be ineffective as well. So, I've been having a bit of trouble with certain mods. ![]()
